# Adding my Assistant to the team. What do they have access to?

## Do you have an assistant that needs special access to your accounts? We can help!

Your assistant will need “Team Leader” access in Workbench to enter and view your business numbers. This is the same access you have as our private coaching client. Team leaders can view all data and progress with their Workbench portals. 

This includes each team members:

- **They will NOT have access to your coaching recording or session notes.**

 If you would like your assistant to have this level of access, please let the client support team know via our Help Desk: [https://pages.workmansuccess.com/help-desk](https://pages.workmansuccess.com/help-desk?hsLang=en). We will need direct approval from you, our private coaching client, before making any changes to team member access.
