If you haven’t logged into the desktop site yet, please reset your password by selecting Forgot your password? on the Workbench login page. If you have logged into the Workbench desktop website, please delete and reinstall the app. If that does not work, reach out to us via our Help Desk, and we’ll get your password reset for you.
